New TR6 Owner

Thought I would introduce myself. After having to wait 40 years, I'm finally a TR6 owner. Bought a '76 yesterday from a private owner. The car is running fairly well, but needs some adjustments. Body and frame are very (surprisingly) solid. After going through it using the 6-Pack Buyers Guide with my son-in-law who is a mechanic, I feel that I've found a diamond in the rough and look forward to bringing her up to standards.

I also look forward to leaning on some of you experts when I need help. If any of you live in the west Tennessee area, please give me a shout!

Wow, I thought I'd pop in and welcome you to the forum and the 6-Pack. Had no idea we are neighbors!

I live off Collierville-Arlington Rd. You may have seen me around town in my BRG '73. I restored it off Frank Rd 27 years ago. I drive it to work on Fridays, and a lot on the weekends.

If you need any help, there is nothing on a 6 I've not tackled, but this forum and the group behind it is the ultimate knowledge base!

My son and wife live in Memphis area and her family are in Germantown. Unfortunately they don't know a thing about TR6s except for driving mine!

You're still in luck though. There are some very knowledgeable folks in your area that post here.
