Actually ... I'm wanting to sell my 4 bedroom backsplit with double car garage and 'downsize' to a 6 car garage with detached 2 bedroom bungalow.
And Yes, my CFO is on board with this ... well maybe less than 6 car garage but
Also looking for cash from the sale to finance my LBC habit and retirement in the upcoming years.

No, house isn't on the market yet. Need to get rid of some stuff (Tush is helping) and get the house ready. Will likely be 1-2 months before we are ready to do that.

Tush, remember that the garage is three wide and 1.5 deep. Perfect for your workshop (with a bit of finishing). Closer to storage, as well. B)

Well, 250 is gone, Spitfire is gone, spare engine is gone. The only Triumph bit I have is an overdrive gearbox for a Spitfire (and a frame for Tush).

Yes, it was a good project, at the right price and at the right time of year to sell. The purchaser committed site unseen, and decided to take the Spitfire, too, when he arrived to pick up the 250.

Worked out well for me.
