ooooooh where is the electrical manual available?

Charles forgot to list this in the GLOVE Box publication.
IT's an outstanding book/guide through TR electrical fixes.

That book has saved me countless hours of trying to figure stuff out or from asking a lot of electrical questions on the Forums....It's all there.

Wow....cool you hung on to her for so long.....the car that is

This is also a great source for original type wire connections. Never been disappointed.

Electrical book is a little cheaper here (but you'll have to compare postage)

While that is true, the club does actually have the Electrical book for sale. Just got off the phone with Dave Magella. He's out of town at the moment, but does have stock.

Also, it has not been mentioned yet, but the author of that book (Dan Masters) also updated/corrected the TR6 color-coded, wiring manuals for our cars and provided different diagrams for the differing years. He has made them available for free via Advance Auto-Wire I had mine printed in color, poster-sized, and laminated. I can use markers for trouble shooting or fixing notes and then wipe them clean afterward. I real asset.

                    welcome KLH

there are people here that will help you get that car sorted. and, there are people here just like you. a project in the garage, waiting on attention. you aren't alone, nor will you be left alone.

i'm trying to come up with inspirational words. at this point, surf this site, make a plan, and start prioritizing the finish of that mark. but remember. it may not end up with what you have in your mind right now. my second journey with the tr6 started as a planned full restoration of a 72 car, found in the woods of virginia. what it ended up with, was a completely original 76 car, white, like my first, and in no need of much work. over time, that car has evolved through my membership here, with some non original stuff on and in it. in those 20 ish years, i have put alot of miles on it, and drove it, rather than pamper it.

that wasn't advice. that was my flavor of ownership. everyone here has their own story, their own flavor. find yours. and use this group to help you find it.

I just noticed that you're near me! Welcome to the Pack. I'm in Chautauqua County (Forestville) and am happy to lend a couple of extra hands on weekends to help with your six.

PS - I tried to PM you but it didn't allow me to send the message.
