                I painted everything but the finned faces where the air flows through. I dont think paint can do anything positive for heat conduction. Those faces actually looked pretty good anyway.

                  Yeah, I wasn't sure, so I Googled it, and sure enough, Eastwood sells rddiator paint. They really like to take ordinary products and package and advertise them for very specific purposes.
