When I moved to Cincinnati from Pittsburgh in 2001 I tried to talk my wife into buying a 900 square foot (tiny) 3 bedroom house with a 4 bay, over height garage stuffed in behind on a lot that was barely 1/5 acre. Each bay had had lift. The area was zoned strictly residential, so the garage was strictly for hobby use.
It was a hard "No!".
I'm pretty sure is was selling out of a divorce.

Kevin, good luck. A number of years ago, a house went up for sale in Mundelein, IL. It was 2 bedrooms with a 6 car garage. When I showed it to my wife, her look made it obvious that she thought that I was out of my mind.Comment
