  • what did you do to your car today?

Did not see a thread on this so I will start one.
Today I took the interior out to expose the transmission so I can try to find my drive line noise.

What did you do to yours?

Nothing..I haven't even started it yet, which is kind of unusual.
200 more miles and it will be time for an oil and filter change.
But I did do some car and carb related stuff this morning.
I had a 12 X 28 metal building moved from my hunting lease to a nice spot here by the pond.
All week Cormae has been moving "her stuff" out of my metal building (not to be confused with a car garage) which I use as a work shop and storage facility, into that building.
Tools, car parts, work bench for my carb rebuilds all rearranged with space to spare this morning.
I may get a drive in before SEC football takes over for the day..but if not...there's always tomorrow.

Unfortunately, nothing....work today and bloody cold outside to boot. I might go out and hang out in the garage though just to say hello...

Nothing yet. But I'll be taking it out later today to get some more break-in miles on the clock before the drive to Triumphest. Tomorrow I'll be re-torquing the head and manifold bolts, and changing the oil.

Oh, and it'll get a wash and wax, too.

                    Have fun, Bobby.
You'll probably come away feeling younger than you did when you arrived...all those other guys really did age, though.

An hour ago I needed to run to the store and pick up a few things for the group of guys who are coming over tonight to hang out. My DD was parked in by my daughter's car, she wasn't around and I had no key to her car so...

What did I do to my car today?

I drove it to the grocery inthe rain

Checked the oil this morning and used the car for shopping trips all day.

Cool here, so I may install the hardtop tonite. Brother-in-law should be by later to pick up his kids, and we should be able to lift it into place in short order.
