Hi All-
Good weather finally comes to New England so the garage door went up and I got some quality time on the car. In our last episode, after working for weeks to fit the new ABS transmission tunnel, I finally got it and all the seals and the propshaft cover in-place. As I was admiring my handiwork, as was looking at the OD wires (coming through the grommet in the tunnel), there weren't enough wires! Yes, you guessed it. I forgot to put in the back-up lights harness. So out comes the tunnel and I left it for the last few months. Yesterday, I got it back into place with all the wires were where they belong.
Now I think I am ready to put the heater in. I think I'm ready to put the heater in. I have a seal I got from TRF that is around the circumference of the heater top that is supposed to go into the hole in the plenum. IIxpected it to fit in but it is too large. So it it just a press fit or is ins supposed to go into the plenum somehow?
Best Regards-
