    To minimize fuel odors in the garage, you can use a vent valve. You can buy them, but here is a DIY version:

    Guys
    HELP> I am not ready to put the body back on TR6 yet but this car has an oversized aluminum gas tank and a vent line that simply exits the body next to the fuel line and vents into the air.
    I am guessing this will lead to gas fume/ smell in the garage but not sure if it will affect performance of the electric fuel pump.
    All emissions have been removed by previous owner and I will not be reinstalling them.

    Q: Anyone have experience with a alum. tank with no emission system and if so how did you vent it?
