It seems the ignition switch I put in 2 years ago has failed. It is TRF PN LU39415. I can't find the notes/instructions I had for removing the switch. It is mounted in the lower edge of the dash below the steering column and has the big rubber protective cylinder around it. The Bentley does not seem to include this version of the switch. Is there a resource that covers this? Can I leave the key part of the switch attached and just push the black plastic sleeve off the back to free up the electrical switch? Thanks.
