So, as I drive my finished 6 around town I notice a recurring problem, I seem to be getting air in my hydraulic line. I bleed it every few weeks to find air in the line. I do not understand why this keeps happening. Any thoughts what to check? I do the correct bleeding procedure every time being mindful not to allow air to enter the line. Once I bleed it, it shifts fine, few weeks go by and I find myself fighting the shifts again. Thank you.

Just working on a similar issue...are you finding that you are losing fluid-measurable? Or is it just the air in the line?

There's a loose connection somewhere in your brake system. Has to be a leak somewhere.

Right, must be a leak to allow air in but nada, no fluid anywhere, reservoir shows no loss of fluid.

Check that the slave cylinder nipple is above, not below, the line.

You sure you're getting all the air out? I usually tap the slave a few times with a wrench as air likes to attach itself to the bore walls. What fluid are you running?

I just bled it again and got a nice burp out. And I am running Castrol’s LMA dot 4.
