Has any one out there found a usable substitute for the ventilation/heating hoses used on these cars? One of mine simply broke after handling a few years ago and I want to make it as it should be. I thought I could simply use the black flexible hose sold at hardware stores but its not quite large enough diameter. Moss sells a replacement but I think it is a bit expensive and am trying to find an alternative....any ideas?

While we are here, does anyone have some plastic bits that they can sell? Looking for the driver’s side demister nozzle, both escutcheons and two Y tubes. They’re for the 4A but they are the same parts.

McMasters carries all sorts of hoses in every size imaginable. I bought all my ventilation hoses from them for a fraction of what the usual LBC part sellers wanted.
