2023 Roadster Factory Visit Purchases

I haven't seen a schedule of events for the TRials yet, but I understand there will be a visit to The Roadster Factory where parts can be purchased without needing to be shipped. Is there a procedure to pre-order them or is it simply a case of buying over the counter on arrival?
