You could possibly have a bad plug wire. If you have any spares, maybe try swapping your # 3 plug wire out?
I once had an issue with stuttering...

Strange Brake Bleeding
I rebuilt my rear brakes and bled the rear part of system with no issues. Moved up to bleed the the fronts; front right caliper bled as normal.
