Hello Everyone,
I am selling my TR6, I have had this car for the last 10 years, the first 6 of which I spent restoring the car. I've had a lot of fun during the restoration and it has brought me years of driving joy, however I am selling the car to fund a restoration on a MK1 Cortina. This is a no expense spared build, the vision for the car was to create a period correct hot rod without losing the TR6 soul. I've added some tasteful modifications to make the car more fun to drive and most importantly reliable. I have 5000 miles on the car since the restoration, it has a clean title in my name. Below are some of the more notable modifications broken down by category:
Engine:
The engine was built professionally by Mountain Valley Performance, I have all receipts.
0.030" over pistons
Street ported head
Cometic head gasket
ARP head studs
Roller rockers
Triple Stromberg kit from GoodParts, with 3 wire choke linkage
#1 Webb Cam
GoodParts header 6-3-1
Cast aluminum oil pan with windage tray
3" core radiator
Setrab 16 row oil cooler
Electric fan
Pertronix flamethrower ignition
Drivetrain:
HVDA 5-speed transmission
R200 LSD
Aluminum driveshaft
Goodparts half shafts
Suspension:
GoodParts springs
GAZ shocks
Rear tube shock conversion
Aluminum hubs
Front and rear GoodParts sway bar
Brakes:
Wilwood big brake kit, front two piece rotors, custom cnc rotor hats.
GoodParts rear disc brake conversion
Wilwood Master Cylinder
Wilwood proportioning valve
Other stuff:
Autometer gauges with gps speedo
Corbeau seats
roll bar
Limco paint
bedliner coated underside
Full rewire with Painless wiring harness (no lucas left)
I had interior panels custom upholstered
rockford fostgate sound system (removeable sub)
I have strengthened some aspects of the frame before painting to eliminate some known issues of the tr6's, this includes gusseting the front spring perch and boxing in the rear diff mounts.
I am probably forgetting some things but that's the majority of it.
The car was used for a weekend driver, me and the wife took it on a couple trips, mostly Sunday driver type things. Never been to the track, never spent a night outside.
It has small oil seepage from the front edge of the oil pan.
Car comes with a soft top and an additional set of 16x7" VTO Classic 8 Wheels.
Car has spent 8 of the last 10 years in Arizona, and 2 years in San Luis Obispo California.

I am asking 30,000 for the car, I am slightly negotiable on price. If you are interested please contact me at 928-848-8665 call or text. I welcome test drives.
